Who doesn’t want to increase their level of happiness and sense of well-being?! Explore and implement some of the many ways that we can all achieve that through positivity training and see significant results even by the end of the 8-week course. The class structure will include reading and discussion of Positivity by Dr. Barbara Fredrickson, implementation of weekly positivity challenges, weekly guided meditations, a discussion of other factors that affect our overall sense of well-being, and some group health coaching. Learn how to be a more active participant in improving our own health, nutrition, relationships, level of happiness and sense of well-being. Start this year on a more positive note and make it the beginning of a happier future. This class is particularly helpful for those trying to reduce stress or cope with health issues.
